Downingtown East Ice Hockey Club (DEIHC) is a co-ed program for students in grades 5–12 of all skill levels. Our mission is to teach hockey fundamentals, sportsmanship, and teamwork — on and off the ice.
DEIHC is seeking local sponsors to invest in youth development while gaining visibility for your business.
Sponsorship packages are fully customizable to fit your goals and budget, and may include:
- Logo placement in communications and event programs
- Banners near the team bench during games, seen by hundreds of fans

- Recognition at special events throughout the season
DEIHC is committed to making every partnership valuable for your business and beneficial for our athletes.
All contributions will directly support our athletes by funding practice fees, equipment costs, and team building activities to enrich student life.
As a 501(c) nonprofit, DEIHC donations are tax deductible. An EIN will be provided. Please contact us via email with questions or to pick up any donations.

DEIHC is launching an individual player sponsorship program, providing each athlete with a great opportunity to offset their personal hockey costs by seeking local business sponsors. The DEIHC board is actively focused on growing sponsorships as a key strategy to enhance the club's programs and facilities while keeping participation fees as low as possible for all families, and every sponsorship secured, whether by the club or an individual player, directly contributes to that goal.
Here's how the individual sponsorship program works: players reach out to local businesses in their community to request sponsorship. Any business contributions received are split 50/50, where half goes directly toward the individual player's fees and expenses, and half is contributed to DEIHC to fund practice fees, equipment costs, and team building activities for all athletes.
NOTE: Donations received by DEIHC will be used to determine Sponsorship Level due to tax purposes.
Before reaching out, please note the following important steps:
- Submit your business list first. Before approaching any sponsors, please email DEIHC with the names of the businesses you plan to contact for approval. This ensures there are no overlaps between players and allows us to coordinate outreach across the team.
- Once your list is approved, players are encouraged to visit each business in person to deliver the sponsorship letter rather than sending it by email. A personal visit makes a much stronger impression and shows the commitment and character that represents DEIHC.
- When personalizing the letter, replace all yellow highlighted fields with your own information and remove the highlighting before printing and delivering. Do not leave any highlighted placeholders in the final letter.
