Season Opener – WIN !!

9/23 : Hicksie Cup at IceLine – Downingtown East vs vs Penncrest.

DTE gave up an early goal, but bounced back quickly.

In the 2nd period with a 5-2 lead, the Cougars lost a player to injury and another to a penalty which allowed Penncrest to creep back 5-4 in a nail biter.  Near the end of the game, Matt Sano netted an insurance goal to drive home a 6-4 win for the Cougars.
